Everything was great, with the exception that you haven’t paid the Property Tax on the property as of yet. I received a tax bill and contacted the Jefferson County Sheriffs office, and they said they would send the bill to the new owner, and let him deal with it. But I decided to drop you a courtesy line. Thanks!

English Law Group was wonderful for my closing! They were prompt to update me regarding the scheduled date/time. In addition, with the interesting aspect of Covid - everything was set up to maintain social distance, masks were required for everyone, and clean pins were provided for each party to provide signature.
