Ryan Davis was our agent. We were building new construction for the first time and he was extremely knowledgeable in helping us make decisions. During the selections process he helped us in areas we were not familiar with. We were extremely impress at how he saw the whole process through. It was a 9 month build and he was there for every meeting whether he needed to be or not. I would hire Ryan again if I needed to buy or sell in the future and would highly recommend him to a friend in the future.
My experience with KY Select was excellent. Abby is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home in the Louisville area.

In a few words, Excellent, I am happy with my house, and I am glad Laura and Mary were part of the process. From the first meeting at their office, i felt comfortable and no pressure whatsoever.
